The property met needs well, we would stay there again. This hip new hotel is quaint with excellent staff. The setting is unbeatable and nice, very close to Central shopping centre, many restaurants and coffee shops, and Chiang Mai University and the popular Nimmanhaemin road. Don't forget to explore Nimmanhaemin district.

Nice clean hotel, on quiet location within walking distance of Kad Suan Kaew shopping centre. Ideal for visits to Chiang Mai Zoo and Doi Suthep National Park. Slightly more expensive rooms have much more space. Friendly and helpful staff, speaking good enough English. Own parking for both motorcycles and rental cars.
No breakfast available during our stay (was known beforehand), but (new, good-looking) restaurant is due to open 4th of June 2011. Official airport-taxi via reception turned out to be 150 baht more expensive (350 instead of 200 baht).

For the price you for a standard room in Thailand, it is suppose you should have free internet access. They charge you a 100 Bats if you want that service which is free in many hotels of that range.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the convenient location in a good area. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the basic amenities and the addition of a kitchenette, which was a great convenience. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

I liked the size of the room and the hard bed and quiet atmosphere except for the doors as I explain below.
The doors have no insulation or sound proofing in the flange of the door(as do most hotels in Thailand) so, if one does not take extra effort to make sure the door does not make a loud noise when closing(wood on wood) it gifts off a very loud reverberating sound that travels throughout the entire building. I was there during off season and can't imagine what it must be like during high season. Such an easy thing to correct.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my entire visit. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, especially with their daily room cleaning. In terms of facilities, this hotel offers a small gym easily accessible at all hours, and a relaxing area downstairs with comfortable chairs, couches, and an ample variety of books. The location was perfect for me, given its proximity to KAD shopping centre, the airport, and near the trendy district of the city which makes it the ideal spot for tourists.
Nothing to dislike.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The first thing that impressed me was the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the amenities and level of service provided. The location was also great. It was in a good area, close to many attractions and convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that everything was taken care of. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, with comfortable beds. The attention to detail was evident, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful touches like a kitchenette and a shower without a curtain. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at this hotel.
Everything was perfect.

Stayed at a hotel for a week, the price was affordable and the room was clean. the location was good because it was near to the places we wanted to visit, and we didn't have to walk a lot. the hotel had an amazing view of a mountain and was close to a mall.
We found the staff unprofessional and unhelpful.
